The lost registery that contains Jeffrey's mother's death certificate has been found by the civil officer in Cap Haitian. It will now be hand delivered to National Archives for the authentication and then we will have the document we need for a Visa appointment. This could take as little as 3 weeks....we will see. Without this registery it was a much longer process.
Also Kendy has a parent interview scheduled for next Wednesday. Kendy, his aunt and one of the COTP workers will take him to PAP for this apt. It has been taking about one month from the parent interview until the Visa apt.
It is looking like we might just get to bring them both home together in the next couple of months.
