We have been teaching the kids to pray before meals. Kenzy prays at breakfast, Pierre at lunch and Jeffley at Supper. Their prayers went much like this: Thank you for the food. Thank you for Pierre, for Jeffley, for mommy, for Pierre, for Jeffley, for daddy and you get the picture. One day last week, I stopped Pierre in the middle of the prayer and asked him to pray for something else.
His pray went like this," Dear God, thank you for the food and I pray for something else. Amen." It was all I could do not to burst out in laughter.
