Some Progress

Kendy had his Medical appointment in PAP today. It would be his first experience at flying.
He still needs his parent interview. I sent the paperwork that is needed to give to the consulate for the Visa appointment today via Fed Ex.
The consulate found Pierre's missing documents. That causes me a sigh of relief as these missing documents are needed to re-adopt him here in WA. (state law)
In the next couple of days, Antonio, the COTP representative is going to visit National Archives to see what can be done about Jeffley's missing document.
Last week I contacted Doc Hastings office to see if they could help. I wrote an email describing our situation and Congressman Hastings office sent it on to the consulate with a note. I recieved a reply today and it basically said we will deal with your lawyer or the Rep. at the orphanage. It did sound like there were other ways to use as proof that Jeffleys mom is deceased without the National Archives document.....now if they or basically this one person will allow it.
